Book Blogger Hop and Follow Friday!

It is that time of the week again, and I’m excited as I started this day by finishing a book: Remember Me? by Sophie Kinsella. I didn’t think it was her best book but I did enjoy it, and read 100 pages in one sitting. For various reasons – namely the fact my husband and I are re-watching West Wing my reading has been slow to get get started this year, but I have finished two books this week so I’m a happy girl! Anyway, down to business…

“What book are you most looking forward to seeing published in 2011?  Why are you anticipating that book?”

I think I’m most looking forward to The Iron Knight by Julie Kagawa. This is Ash’s story, and it has to be said, I love this series and cannot wait for this to be released!

What was your favourite subject at school?

Mine was history! I just loved it – so much I now have two history degrees 🙂 I don’t do anything with it now, I work in the church office, but I love the subject and love reading historical novels.

Please leave a comment if you pop by, and feel free to become a follower! Have a great day and weekend 🙂

  1. I’m looking forward to reading The Iron Knight too. So far I’ve only read the first book and the novella, but I’m really enjoying the series.

  2. I’m FINALLY going to read Kagawa this year as part of a book challenge. I’ve been meaning to for a long time since so many people rave about her. I can’t wait to see what I think of her.

Glad to have found you via the Hop!

  3. Hm, I think I really need to crack into a Julie Kagawa book…so many wonderful things are are said about her Iron series!

Oooh! A Kinsella fan, I see? So “Remember Me” wasn’t a grand winner, but do you have a fave from her?
