2014 Reading: #9 Veronica Roth’s Insurgent
I decided to re-read Insurgent by Veronica Roth as the ninth book I read in 2014. As noted in this post, I have chosen to re-read the Divergent series in preparation for the final installment of the trilogy, Allegiant. I loved the first book in this series, and really enjoyed this book, just not as much. I found the beginning quite slow. To be honest, I was attempting to read this book in hospital next to my baby’s cot so I was fairly distracted. I thought the book picked up by the end as like the first time I read Insurgent, I would rate it 4 out of 5 and recommend the series to everyone!
